The German has been a huge hit at Anfield since replacing Brendan Rodgers in the hot seat back in October.
There has been instant success too, having led his side to two cup finals in just seven months in charge.
The second of those is the Europa League final, which they secured with a win over Villarreal this week.
The positive relationship between the manager and his players is clear for all to see, and Francis has likened it to the way Atletico Madrid’s players love Diego Simeone.
“You can’t overlook the importance of the manager,” he told Fletch and Sav.
“Since he has come in there, gradually the players have started to connect with him. You can see that rapport.”
“It’s the same with Simeone. Those players would run through a brick wall for Simeone and they’ll do that for Klopp.”
Klopp will now be hoping he can complete what has been an impressive first year in charge with Europa League success.
They face a tough fight to win the competition though as they take on current holders Sevilla in the final.
The La Liga side have won it the last two years and are determined to make it a third win in a row by beating Jurgen Klopp’s side.
