Tottenham Hotspur will take on Southampton in the Premier League on Sunday.

Former Aston Villa and Everton striker Andy Gray has told Sport360.com that Tottenham Hotspur will fail to win against Southampton this weekend.

Tottenham will take on Southampton at home in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The North London outfit will head into the game having lost the chance to win the league title this season.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are not guaranteed the second spot, which means that they have to win against the Saints.

Gray, though, believes that Tottenham will play out a 2-2 draw with Ronald Koeman’s side at White Hart Lane on Sunday afternoon.

Interestingly, well-known sports presenters Richard Keys shares his opinion and has predicted the game to end in a draw as well.

Spurs gave everything against Chelsea so it is going to be difficult to get themselves going again but they will want to finish above Arsenal,” Gray told Sport360.com. “2-2.”

“If Mauricio Pochettino is staying and they can keep everything in place there is a bright future ahead for Spurs,” Keys added. “Southampton are still playing for a place in the Europa League so I agree with Andy. 2-2.”

Tottenham will head into the match against Southampton as favourites, but they cannot be complacent. The Saints are a good side, and they will be determined to end the season on a high.

The North London should be able pick up all three points from the match, but one should not expect them to find it easy.
