Ronaldo Vieira has agreed his first professional contract with Leeds United.
Vieira has agreed his first professional contract with Leeds and has signed a two-year deal.
The 17-year-old initially joined the West Yorkshire outfit on scholarship terms at the start of the season.
The youngster’s performances for the Under-21 and Under-18 sides this campaign appear to have impressed the Leeds bosses.
Phillips, who is just 20 years of age and plays as a central midfielder, and 19-year-old goalkeeper Peacock-Farrell have taken to Twitter to congratulate Vieira on his new deal.
Leeds are 12th in the Championship table at the moment with 58 points from 45 matches.
The West Yorkshire outfit will take on Preston North End away from home at Deepdale in the league on Saturday afternoon.
The Whites, who last featured in the Premier League, have become also-rans in the Championship over the last few years.
