Wolverhampton Wanderers are looking to buy rather than sell in the summer transfer window.
Wolves are planning to bring in a number of new players in the next transfer window, as they look to enhance the depth of options at Molineux.
The Midlands side don’t have a particularly inflated squad, compared to many of their Championship rivals, and Jackett says that he is only looking to add to his current team in the summer.
“Once the loans have gone back, we won’t be blessed with a big squad anyway,” Jackett said.
“We do need fresh impetus this summer, definitely.
“We have quite a few central midfielders, if Lee Evans comes back, which he will.
“(But) there are no plans right at the moment to move people out. Where I’m looking is how to be able to improve it.”
Wolves have struggled to cope in the absence of many of their key players through injury this season.
The Midlands side simply have not had the quality in reserve to cover for the losses of the likes of Nouha Dicko and Jordan Graham.
Jackett has already been making plans for the summer, as he looks to expand his squad in the coming months.
Wolves could still lose players against their will, though, as both Kevin McDonald and Dominic Iorfa are linked with the exit door (Express and Star).
McDonald is believed to be a target for Rangers, while Iorfa reportedly has a host of Premier League clubs tracking his progress.
