The FC Twente player is seemingly on Palace's radar.
Crystal Palace are said to be looking into the transfer market for the summer already and one player who appears to be interesting them is FC Twente star Joachim Andersen.
It is being reported by RTV Oost in the Netherlands that the Enschede talent is firmly in the crosshairs of Palace for the upcoming summer market.
The Danish centre-back has become a regular feature of the Twente team this season and at just 19-years-old has fans rightly excited.
However, Palace may be about to snatch him from the Dutch side, who have recently been riddled with serious financial problems.
Palace need to bring in a new central defender. Their current pair of Scott Dann and Damien Delaney perform well but are no spring chickens and the young Dane would add some much needed youth to the back-four.
Of course he will not come cheap as he is contracted with the Eredivisie side until 2018 and is an exciting Dutch Under-21 international.
But if Palace want to push on next season and get over their 2016 dip then some fresh blood will need to arrive.
