The former Leeds United academy director is now assistant manager at Luton Town.
It was confirmed earlier today that Paul Hart, who only stepped down as Leeds United academy boss a month ago, has taken over as the assistant manager at Luton Town.
Hart worked with current Luton boss Nathan Jones during his time at Charlton Athletic and has shocked Leeds fans by taking up the new role so soon after departing Elland Road.
Luton have fallen short of the play-offs this season and will be wanting to put in a considerable fight for the top seven next season?
So could Hart use his connections at Leeds United to help out?
Leeds have a wealth of top young talent at the club but in the past they have not been loaned out effectively.
Some of the younger talents, the likes of Eoghan Stokes and Bailey Peacock-Farrell for instance, could really benefit from a spell on loan in League Two.
Away from home, fighting for promotion and under the watchful eye of their former mentor in Paul Hart his move to Luton could eventually prove very helpful to the development of Leeds United going forward.
