Carlo Ancelotti and Roberto Mancini send messages to Leicester boss on Twitter

The former Chelsea and Manchester City managers congratulate Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri on winning the Premier League title this season.

Former Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has taken to social networking site Twitter to congratulate Claudio Ranieri on winning the Premier League title with Leicester City this season.

Tottenham Hotspur’s failure to win against London rivals Chelsea away from home at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening has handed the title to Leicester.

Ancelotti, who will take charge of German giants Bayern Munich next season, has experience of winning the Premier League with Chelsea.

The former AC Milan and Real Madrid boss guided the Blues to the league title in England in the 2009-10 season.

The Italian tactician has congratulated his Italian compatriot Ranieri on Twitter, and so has Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini.

Mancini led Manchester City to the Premier League title during the 2011-12 campaign, and the Italian appreciates how hard it is to win the English top-flight title.

Leicester’s feat this season is arguably the greatest achievement in English football history.

Finishing above the likes of Arsenal, City, Manchester United and Chelsea is not easy, which is why Ranieri deserves all the praise that he is getting at the moment.
