Chelsea will take on London rivals Tottenham at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
Savage expects the Blues to pick up all three points from the encounter courtesy of a 2-1 victory.
The former Wales international midfielder has also backed England international striker Harry Kane to score for Spurs.
“I think Chelsea will beat Spurs,” said Savage on William Hill Betting. “The way they drew against West Brom, you could see in the players.
“I thought the belief went out of them. They were absolutely devastated, massive missed opportunity against West Brom on Monday night.
“I think that will affect them at the Bridge. So I am going to go with Chelsea to win 2-1, both teams to score and have a look at Harry Kane, that man, to get a consolation.”
Tottenham need to win against Chelsea in order to retain their slim hopes of clinching the Premier League title this season.
If Spurs fail to pick up all three points, then current league leaders Leicester will win the championship.
The pressure is on the North London outfit, and it will be interesting to see how Mauricio Pochettino’s side respond..
Kane has scored 24 goals and created 41 chances in 35 Premier League appearances for Tottenham this season.
The 22-year-old has a pass accuracy of 73% and a shot accuracy of 63%, and has won 68 headers, 45 dribbles and 24 tackles.
