Former Tottenham Hotspur chairman Lord Sugar has criticised the Chelsea players on social networking site Twitter.
Lord Sugar was not impressed with the rough nature of the Chelsea players during the Premier League game against Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening.
The Blues came from two goals down to play out a 2-2 draw with London rivals Tottenham. The result means that Leicester have won the Premier League title this season.
The match at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening was quite feisty, with the two sets of players getting into brawls more than once.
Lord Sugar has also suggested that Arsenal may end up second in the Premier League table ahead of Spurs.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are now just three points ahead of third-placed Arsenal with only two more rounds of matches left to play.
I can't see us finishing with 11 players. These Chelsea players are cheating wind up merchants they know how to get opponents booked— Lord Sugar (@Lord_Sugar) May 2, 2016
Well done Leicester. Very well deserved and a demonstration that you don't need £50m players— Lord Sugar (@Lord_Sugar) May 2, 2016
I am sorry to say that Arsenal may end up 2nd this season— Lord Sugar (@Lord_Sugar) May 2, 2016
Just wonder if Chelsea would have played with this kind of intensity vs Leicester if Leicester needed the 3 points. Just a thouhgt. COYS— osvaldo ardiles (@osvaldooardiles) May 2, 2016
The champions of England could not compete with us in football terms. So, they tried different tactics, not really connected with football.— osvaldo ardiles (@osvaldooardiles) May 2, 2016
