Tim Howard sends message to Everton fans on Twitter, Deulofeu gives an explanation

Everton won against Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.

Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon.

The Toffees returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Bournemouth at home.

Tom Cleverley and Leighton Baines scored the goals for hosts Everton at Goodison Park.

Howard has taken to Twitter to revel in the win, and has expressed his pride at playing in front of the Everton fans.

Gerard Deulofeu did not feature in the match, and the 22-year-old Spanish winger has explained why on Twitter.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon, hosts Everton had 57% of the possession, took 12 shots of which five were on target, and earned three corners.

Roberto Martinez’s side are 11th in the Premier League table at the moment with 44 points from 35 matches.

The Merseyside outfit will take on Leicester City away from home at the King Power Stadium in the Premier League next weekend.
