Kante has been one of the best players in the Premier League this season so is unsurprisingly attracting interest.
The Foxes midfielder has been one of the many revelations in Claudio Ranieri's squad this season, and is set to attract plenty of attention in the summer with The Sun claiming that Arsenal and Manchester United are among a host of European sides that are chasing his signature.
Should they lose the 25-year-old, Carvalho is thought to be at the top of their wishlist. The Sun reports that the Portuguese giants will want around £20m for the holding midfielder, but that will not be a problem for the side that appear to be on the verge of securing the Premier League title as they prepare for a Champions League campaign next season.
Like Kante, the 24-year-old is brilliant at breaking up play and using his energy to drive his teammates forward.
And while some Foxes fans may be concerned that their chances of repeating their seemingly inevitable title success next year will be scuppered if the likes of Kante seek a new challenge elsewhere, Carvalho could be the kind of new signing that helps take Leicester up another level.
