Liverpool lost against Swansea City in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

John Aldridge has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Liverpool’s defeat to Swansea City away from home.

Liverpool went down 3-1 to Swansea at the Liberty Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The Reds did not deserve anything from the match and also finished the game with 10 men.

Former Liverpool striker Aldridge was following the match, and he has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Jurgen Klopp’s side’s defeat.

The former Republic of Ireland international believes that no new injuries is a positive for the Reds in their quest to reach the final of the Europa League this season.

The Merseyside outfit will take on Villarreal in the second leg of the Europa League semi-final tie at Anfield on Thursday evening, with the first leg in Spain having been won by the Yellow Submarine 1-0.

Meanwhile, former Liverpool goalkeeper Ray Clemence has praised Danny Ward for his performance against Swansea.

The 22-year-old Wales international goalkeeper made as many as nine saves against the Swans.
