January signings Patrick Roberts and Erik Sviatchenko react on Twitter to Celtic's victory

Celtic have one hand on the Scottish Premiership title after beating Heart of Midlothian 3-1 at Tynecastle on Saturday afternoon.

The Bhoys went in front in Edinburgh as Colin Kazim-Richards opened the scoring, only for Abiola Dauda to equalise for Hearts in the second half.

Ronny Deila's men did claim the win eventually though, as loanee Patrick Roberts and top goalscorer Leigh Griffiths both found the net to seal all three points.

The result leaves Celtic nine points clear of second-placed Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership table, and whilst there are three games left this season, the Bhoys have a vastly superior goal difference to Aberdeen's, making any comeback from the Dons seem almost impossible.

With one hand on the title, Celtic's players were in party mode, and two star players took to Twitter after the game to celebrate not only the win, but also the title - even if that's still a week premature.

Defender Erik Sviatchenko noted that the title is almost Celtic's for a fifth time in a row, whilst winger Roberts - also a January signing, like Sviatchenko - was happy to get on the scoresheet again and help his side to another victory, with a familiar hashtag cropping up - #5inarow.

Here is how Celtic stars Sviatchenko and Roberts reacted on Twitter after Celtic's win over Aberdeen...
