Reports in Germany are linking Tottenham Hotspur with a move for one of the country’s top young talents.
The report claims that Freiburg are attempting to convince the striker to sign a new deal at the club – amid interest from Bayern Munich, RB Leipzig and Tottenham.
The striker has certainly impressed in the Freiburg youth system. He has scored 13 goals in 18 games in the under-19 Bundesliga this season.
Amamoo, who started his career at TeBe Berlin, joined Freiburg in July last year and the club have already decided to promote him to the first-team for next season.
The German under-18 international, who can also play for Ghana, is just 18-years-old and looks like a great talent for the future.
Tottenham have picked up a reputation recently for developing young talent and giving them a chance in the first-team under Mauricio Pochettino – so that could prove a big bonus for any young player considering a move to Spurs and the club will hope that gives them a boost in pursuit of Amamoo.
