Chelsea and Tottenham will face other at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on Monday evening, and Owen believes that the London derby will end in a 1-1 draw.
“Tottenham must have been devastated by conceding the equaliser at West Brom on Monday night, which now gives them no room for error in their closing three games,” the former Newcastle United striker wrote on Colossusbets.com.
“A trip to Chelsea has held no fears for anyone this season, but this could be a dead-rubber if Leicester do the business at Old Trafford, so I am going 1-1 here. The sides played out a 0-0 draw earlier in the season.”
Chelsea will head into the game against Tottenham on the back of a 4-1 victory over Bournemouth away from home at Dean Court. The Blues are ninth in the Premier League table at the moment with 47 points from 34 matches.
Meanwhile, Tottenham currently find themselves second in the league table with 69 points from 35 matches. The North London outfit are seven points behind leaders Leicester City and can still win the Premier League title.
However, if Leicester pick up all three points from their league match against Manchester United away from home at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon, then the Foxes will clinch the championship.
