Photos: All smiles in Leicester City training as Matty James returns to action

King Power Stadium - Stormy

The midfielder has been out of action since last May.

This weekend could see Leicester City win a momentous Premier League title. If The Foxes manage to beat Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday then they will be champions.

Tottenham Hotspur’s draw with West Brom in the week has cost the London side dearly and it now looks like Leicester might actually pull off the miracle.

So it was clear to see in training today that the Leicester players are in high spirits.

There were smiles all around the Leicester camp as they look to carry on their form and pick up the league title this week.

Jamie Vardy, who cannot play against Manchester United because of his red card against West Ham recently, was involved in training and clearly happy despite having to sit out the fixture.

Riyad Mahrez, well what hasn’t he got to smile about?

The PFA Player of the Year and potentially a Premier League winner – smiles galore.

Wes Morgan, the club’s uncompromising captain, could not get the smile off his face either.

There was also a positive in seeing a long-term injury absentee back in training. Matty James suffered a serious knee injury against in May 2015 and has not played since.

But it looks like he might be on the brink of a comeback – hopefully just in time for a Premier League party.
