Chelsea fans have pledged that Tottenham's title dream will be over after Monday night.

Chelsea's players have already made their feelings clear, they do not want Tottenham winning the title.

Eden Hazard told The BBC at the weekend that he and his teammates are determined to beat Spurs at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.

After Tottenham's slip up against West Brom, the match could be irrelevant if Leicester can beat Manchester United on Sunday and win the title, but if the Foxes slip up, Chelsea can end Tottenham's hopes of catching the leaders by beating Mauricio Pochettino's side.

Either way, Chelsea fans are determined to revel in Tottenham's misery, and have a banner ready to unfurl at Stamford Bridge on Monday, taunting Spurs at their 55 years without a title, warning it will be another 55 years until the next one.

Yesterday, the Chelsea Fans Channel took it to White Hart Lane, and held it up, very briefly, to pose for a photo and to say they have done so. It's safe to say they would not get away with doing this on a match day.
