Tottenham youngster Shilow Tracey was given an opportunity to face the club he left in January.
Tottenham Hotspur beat off stiff competition in January to sign talented midfielder Shilow Tracey from non-league side Ebbsfleet United.
Last night he got the chance to take on his former team, and came out on top, contributing to a 3-1 win.
Tracey was part of an under-19 side which took on an Ebbsfleet team boasting many senior players.
Joe Pritchard scored twice in the victory, with 17-year-old Tracey providing the assist for one of the goals.
Tracey has settled well since signing, becoming a regular for the under-18 side, playing alongside England youth international Marcus Edwards.
Another exciting young attacker, Aramide Oteh was also on the scoresheet, but the match was also notable for the scorer of the Ebbsfleet goal.
A familiar name to Tottenham fans, Sheringham, found the net, in this case it was Charlie Sheringham, the 28-year-old striker who was once on the books of Spurs as a teenager (pictured above with his dad)
He has played for Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and AFC Wimbledon over the course of his career, and has been at Ebbsfleet since 2014.
