Heung-Min Son has urged Tottenham to recover from their disappointing 1-1 draw with West Brom on Monday and finish the season strongly.
In comments published on the club's official website, Heung-Min Son says Tottenham Hotspur have to move on from their draw with West Bromwich Albion on Monday and ensure their otherwise impressive Premier League season does not fizzle out.
Spurs saw their title hopes all but ended by the Baggies this week, after being held to a disappointing 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane.
It means Leicester City can be crowned champions for the first time in their history by winning one of their three remaining matches.
But despite Monday's disappointment the South Korean ace, who joined the North Londoners from Bayer Leverkusen for £22 million last summer, insists Spurs cannot take their foot off the gas and allow their season to fade.
Spurs travel to bitter rivals Chelsea next Monday, before taking on boss Mauricio Pochettino's former employers Southampton a week later.
Tottenham end the season at relegation-battling Newcastle United on the last day, and Son says they will have to be at their best in order to claim three wins from three.
He told the club's official website: “Everyone is really disappointed and I know the fans are also upset.
“Maybe we deserved three points, we had many chances to score but this is football and we have to understand. We have to keep going with our heads up, the season is not finished and we keep going.
“Leicester will play before us now but seriously we have to look just at us."
“We are very young, we have very good players and we need every player. It’s normal to be disappointed but tomorrow is another day and we have to focus for next Monday against Chelsea. It will be a very difficult game but we will carry on looking forward, work very hard and see what happens.”
