Hazard stated to Match of the Day that he wants Leicester City to win the title, rather than Tottenham Hotspur, even though Chelsea still have both sides left to play this season.
Chelsea meet Tottenham next weekend, before they take on Leicester on the final day of the season.
And Collymore is fearful that Chelsea may try harder in their match against Spurs than they will against Claudio Ranieri’s side.
“I’ve heard people say over the last few days “ah Stan, but you should know that Hazard and Chelsea hate Spurs”,” Collymore said.
“I get it, but to then gleefully say on TV that he wants Leicester to win the title, after a season where I am questioning the fight and commitment of him and his team (a year after being Champions) makes me feel uncomfortable. When you feel uncomfortable watching the sport you love, you should stand up and speak out in my opinion.
“Why? Because to be honest after going from brilliant to c***, then crying off the pitch in two games, I just don’t trust the lad, I’m sorry, but I don’t.”
Hazard’s comments were made on Saturday, when the title race appeared to be much closer.
Leicester have since beaten Swansea City, while Spurs could only manage a draw with West Bromwich Albion last night.
Leicester are now seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table, with just three games remaining.
Leicester could now win the title at the weekend, if they are able to pick up a win when they take on Manchester United at Old Trafford.
