Former Manchester United winger made quite an impression for Fenerbahce.
Former Manchester United winger Nani is enjoying a good season at Fenerbahce, his first year at the Turkish club after he was sold by Louis van Gaal last summer.
He has scored 10 goals and provided six assists in total, with his latest strike coming in a win over Trabzonspor.
What was different about this goal, was that he was playing up front in place of ex-United teammate Robin van Persie, who was left on the bench.
And his strike certainly impressed, with a stunning case of hyperbole used by Turkish pundit and ex Fenerbahce player Ridvan Dilmen.
He told Turkish newspaper Milliyet: "Nani the striker showed up. Nani is playing with terrific confidence. Nani scored like Brazil's Ronaldo, and scored because he was free to score goals."
To be compared to the former World Cup winner and ex-Barcelona and Real Madrid strike legend is quite unfathomable for many players, especially a winger who at Manchester United who was inconsistent for several seasons.
The Portuguese ace has had to live with comparisons to countryman Cristiano Ronaldo his entire career, now it is another Ronaldo who he finds himself stacked up against, and it is another one he will struggle to live up to.
