Micky Hazard reacts on Twitter to Tottenham draw, Rio Ferdinand suggests Leicester reaction

Tottenham Hotspur’s failure to defeat West Bromwich Albion means that Leicester City are just a win away from clinching the Premier League title.

Chris Waddle has suggested to social networking site Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur have no chance of winning the Premier League title this season.

Tottenham failed to win against West Bromwich Albion at home in the league on Monday evening, playing out a 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane.

The result means that the North London outfit are now seven points behind league leaders Leicester City in second place with just three more rounds of matches left in the campaign.

Former Tottenham attacker Waddle has suggested on Twitter that the title is heading to Leicester.

Ex-Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has a similar view, but former Spurs midfielder Micky Hazard believes that Maurcio Pochettino’s side can still win the championship.

Mathematically Tottenham still have a chance of winning the Premier League title this season, but it is hard to see them do so.

Leicester need just one more win from their final three matches, and Claudio Ranieri’s side should be able to manage that.

Tottenham fans should not be too disappointed, though, as finishing second and above North London rivals Arsenal in the league table should still be considered a huge success.
