The summer signing has missed most of the campaign with an ankle fracture.
Leeds United are currently in the process of attempting to keep hold of young goalkeeper talent Bailey Peacock-Farrell.
The youngster has impressed current boss Steve Evans and the young shot-stopper is currently in talks with the club over remaining a Leeds player.
He is currently out of contract in the summer and was linked with a move to Everton or Aston Villa by the Daily Star in February.
The youngster has received his chance as back-up goalie ever since usual number two Ross Turnbull suffered a serious ankle injury.
Turnbull, signed on a free transfer from Barnsley in the summer, suffered a fractured ankle in a training match back in October 2015. He was previously believed to be set for a February comeback, but that never happened and now it seems he will be out until pre-season.
The Yorkshire Post is reporting that he is still recovering from the break and should be fit for the start of the pre-season campaign.
Turnbull only has one year left on his deal at the club and will have to prove himself fit and capable if he is to remain at Elland Road beyond the end of next season.
