Leicester City fans were laughing last night as Tottenham slipped up in the title race.
A week is a long time in football, as Tottenham Hotspur's last two Monday results have shown.
Last week Spurs hammered Stoke City 4-0 away from home, putting in a complete performance which had pundits suggesting they would win all four of their final matches and overhaul Leicester in the title race.
That night they reduced the gap at the top to five points, capitalising on Leicester dropping points a week earlier.
Ahead of the Stoke game, after Leicester had slipped up, Spurs striker Harry Kane posted a picture on Instagram implying his team were like lions, waiting to pounce.
In fairness to Tottenham, they played like predators against Stoke, ravenous in their four goal victory which could even have been by a higher margin.
After Leicester beat Swansea by the same scoreline at the weekend, there was no picture posted by Kane ahead of last night's Baggies game, and the team did not play like lions either.
They were held to a 1-1 draw, crucially dropping points, giving Leicester a seven point gap at the top of the table with three games to go.
Leicester fans last night poked fun at Kane's message, with their side getting nearer to clinching a momentous title victory...
