Kieran Tierney has played 31 times for Celtic so far this season.
Kieran Tierney has taken to Twitter to express his gratitude to supporters who voted him as Celtic’s Young Player of the Season.
Tierney was given the award last night, in recognition of the excellent breakthrough year he has enjoyed at Parkhead.
The full-back made a handful of appearances last term, but he has really nailed down his starting place under Ronny Deila this season.
No challenge appears to have been too great for Tierney, who has coped with a rapid rise to prominence with ease. Tierney has been selected to start regularly in both European and domestic action.
And the youngster thanked fans on his social media account for showing him so much support throughout the season.

Tierney has emerged as the best young talent at Celtic, and he appears to have a very bright future ahead of him.
The starlet has made 31 appearances across all competitions this season, and he now looks set to play an important role for the Bhoys over the coming years.
