Tottenham dropped points at home to West Brom.
Spurs needed to win the game to close the gap on Leicester City, but could only draw the game 1-1.
They had taken the lead through a Craig Gardner own goal, before the same player equalised for the Baggies with a game to go.
Kane was one of three Spurs players to hit the woodwork, and could not add to his tally for the season and give his side the win.
He commented on social media after the game, expressing his disappointment, but said the team will not give up.
All we can do is keep fighting until the end.We are all disappointed after tonight's game but we must stick together through thick and thin!— Harry Kane (@HKane) April 25, 2016
Leicester City have now got a seven point gap at the top of the league table, and can win the league with a victory away to Manchester United at the weekend.
Kane and the rest of the Spurs played appeared stunned at the final whistle, having dropped points in a game which appeared the easiest of their final four matches on paper.
