Leeds United played out a 2-2 draw with Hull City in the Championship on Saturday.

Leeds United head coach Steve Evans has revealed to BBC Radio Leeds the team talk in the dressing room at half time on Saturday afternoon.

The Whites played out a 2-2 draw with Hull City away from home at the KC Stadium in the Championship.

Chris Wood put the West Yorkshire outfit in the lead in the 15th minute, but Abel Hernandez and Tom Huddlestone scored in quick succession in the closing stages of the first half.

Stuart Dallas scored the equaliser for Leeds in the 88th minute, as the West Yorkshire outfit maintained their chances of a top-10 finish in the Championship.

Evans has revealed the half-time discussion in the Leeds dressing room.

“At half time, there were no strong words other than to say about the slopping defending and say if we were in here three minutes ago we would be talking about an excellent first half,” the Leeds head coach told BBC Radio Leeds.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the KC Stadium on Saturday afternoon, hosts Hull had 61% of the possession, took 21 shots of which six were on target, and earned 10 corners.

Visitors Leeds had just 39% of the possession, took five shots of which four were on target, and earned three corners.
