The midfielder made his long anticipated come back from injury against Sunderland.
The midfielder has been missing for the entirety of the season having picked up an injury on the eve of the campaign.
He is now back in the first team setup though and made his eagerly anticipated on Sunday, coming on as a second half substitute in the 0-0 draw with Sunderland.
He is keen to pick up where he left off and try to earn himself a place in England’s squad for Euro 2016, and Cech says he would be a massive help for Roy Hodgson’s side.
“It is great to have him back,” he told arsenal.com.
“When you are working so hard, one the first one when he was trying to come back and to see him getting good again, it was really unlucky for him.”
“He was spending hours training and coming back and he fully deserves to be back on the pitch. Hopefully he will get fit enough because he can be a massive help for England at the Euros.”
There is no denying that Wilshere certainly has a chance to head to France this summer, with Hodgson seeming keen to have him as a part of the squad.
First though, he must work hard to get himself back to full fitness and competing for a place in Arsenal’s team in the games remaining this season.
They could certainly do with some fresh impetus in the team too, as they stumble in their attempts to secure a top four finish this season.
