Whether they win the title or end up being caught by Tottenham, one thing is for sure - Leicester City will be in next season's Champions League. With some questions over the futures of N'Golo Kante and Riyad Mahrez, manager Ranieri will be hoping to bring in major reinforcements this summer to not only strengthen his squad, but also cope if any star players do leave.
Now, the Daily Star report that Leicester are again keen to sign Manchester United starlet Andreas Pereira, having seen a loan bid for him snubbed in January.
Pereira, 20, joined United from PSV Eindhoven at the age of just 15, and has made his way up through the ranks at Old Trafford, even establishing himself as a Brazilian Under-20 international, emerging as a skilful and technically-gifted playmaker.
However, it's claimed that Pereira is now frustrated at his lack of first-team football, having played just 11 games for the Red Devils - and he may look to leave the club on a permanent basis this summer rather than return to the United reserves for another season.
It's suggested that, if United again rule out a loan deal, they are willing to stump up the cash to sign Pereira permanently and rescue him from Old Trafford - much like they did with Danny Drinkwater, who is now a key player at the King Power Stadium.
