Leeds United and Hull City drew 2-2 at the KC Stadium yesterday.
Jordan Botaka has expressed his delight at being able to help Leeds United make a comeback against Hull City in their most recent outing.
Botaka was introduced from the substitutes’ bench at the KC Stadium, and he helped set-up Stuart Dallas’ equaliser.
The skilful wide-man showed his dribbling ability to round two Hull defenders, before knocking the ball into Dallas, who finished well from range.
Dallas’ goal helped Leeds claim a point against Steve Bruce’s side, and Botaka was pleased to have made such an impact.
I had to get it off my chest after @dallas_stuart scored ! God what did I missed this feeling ! Let's win the last home game of the season— Jordan Rolly Botaka (@BotakaJordan) April 23, 2016
Botaka fell out of favour during Steve Evans’ initial time at the club, but he has started to show that he can make an impact in recent weeks.
Botaka is now pushing for a start, with Leeds having just two matches remaining in their league season.
Leeds have now taken 10 points from the last 12 available to them to move into the top half of the Championship table.
And Botaka was not the only member of their first-team squad to celebrate on social media after the match, with Toumani Diagouraga also pleased to have claimed a point.
