Steve Evans offers his opinion on Hull City and Steve Bruce

Hull City and Leeds United will face each other in the Championship this weekend.

Leeds United head coach Steve Evans has told The Yorkshire Evening Post that he holds Hull City manager Steve Bruce in the highest regard.

Hull and Leeds will face each other at the KC Stadium in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Evans has made his opinion about Bruce perfectly clear, and has also expressed his admiration of Hull’s performances this season.

“We might have won three games in a row but our sole focus and thoughts are on Saturday against one of the best teams in the league and certainly a manager who I hold in the highest regard,” the Leeds head coach told The Yorkshire Evening Post.

Leeds are in a good run of form at the moment and have won their last three Championship matches.

The West Yorkshire outfit have a good chance of finishing in the top 10, and the players will be determined to put on a good show against Hull.

The Tigers’ chances of ending the season in the top two are virtually gone, and they will have to settle for a place in the playoffs.

This should not take away anything from Hull’s superb season, as the Tigers will still fancy their chances of gaining promotion to the Premier League via the playoffs.
