The Manchester United players were training on Friday ahead of the FA Cup tie against Everton this weekend.
United will take on Premier League rivals Everton at the Wembley Stadium in London in the semi-finals of the FA Cup on Saturday evening.
The Red Devils will head into the game as favourites and with confidence of getting the better of the Toffees.
The United players were training on Friday, and among those who attended the session was Wayne Rooney.
The England international forward is likely to start for Louis van Gaal’s side against the Toffees on Saturday evening.
The 30-year-old started his professional club football career at Everton, and Saturday’s tie will be a special one for him.
Rooney, though, seemed to be quite upbeat during Friday’s training session, as the following photos show.
The forward has scored seven goals and created 35 chances in 24 Premier League appearances for United so far this season.
The Englishman has a pass accuracy of 83% and a shot accuracy of 48%, and has won 22 headers, 16 dribbles and 18 tackles.
