United will take on Premier League rivals Everton at London’s Wembley Stadium in the semi-finals of the prestigious cup competition this weekend.
“I think Manchester United will get to the final,” the former Celtic manager wrote on Titanbet.co.uk. “They were great last time out against West Ham (in the replay) and I think they have the experience and know-how in the biggest games.
“Everton will come into this game on the back of the Merseyside Derby, too. Goalscorers – Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Romelu Lukaku.”
United will head into the semi-final tie against Everton as favourites and should be able to progress to the final of the FA Cup.
The Red Devils are in better form than the Toffees, who were destroyed 4-0 by Liverpool in the Merseyside derby on Wednesday evening.
Louis van Gaal’s side are still in the hunt for a top-four finish in the Premier League, and they will certainly be determined to win a trophy as well.
Everton do have the players to take the game to United, but their recent form and results suggest that they will find it really tough against the Red Devils.
