Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho was in fine form as his side beat Everton on Wednesday evening.

The midfielder and his team enjoyed a comfortable evening as his side ran out 4-0 winners over their fierce rivals at Anfield.

The Reds were highly impressive from start to finish as they registered a staggering 37 attempts on the Everton goal in one of their most comfortable derby wins to date.

Key to their victory was Brazilian Coutinho, who continued his upturn in form under Jurgen Klopp.

In total he posted 116 touches in the game, the most of any Liverpool player, with just two of those proving unsuccessful.

Creatively he was a force, managing six key passes, as well as enjoying 78 accurate passes in total, 50 of which were successful passes in the final third.

Indeed, his passing in general was superb as he managed a passing accuracy of 89% in total.

He was also determined to add his named to the score sheet, registering nine shots in total with two of those on target.

Even his dribbling was on form as he managed to win three contests in total, the most of any Liverpool player again in another scintillating display.
