Neville Southall still believes Everton will make FA Cup final, compares Roberto Martinez to Donald Trump

The Everton manager is coming under massive fire after the Merseyside derby last night.

Everton boss Roberto Martinez had perhaps his worst night as manager with The Toffees last night – as they went down 4-0 against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby.

It was a shocking performance from Everton and after the game the club’s fans appear to have had enough of the Spaniard.

Despite the fact Everton are facing Manchester United in the FA Cup semi-final many an Everton fan want to see Martinez gone, even before the Wembley tie on Saturday evening.

One former Everton star is however remaining optimistic on Twitter.

Legendary goalkeeper Neville Southall is still sure that the club will win on Saturday and make the FA Cup final:

But he was less sympathetic to the manager Martinez. The Welshman compared him to Napoleon Bonaparte and US Presidential candidate Donald Trump:

Everton will be hoping that is Martinez can be a genius this weekend as he looks to turn around the fortunes of his team swiftly ahead of the cup semi-final.

But it does not seem that many Everton fans are holding out hope for a turnaround in fortunes for Martinez and Everton.
