The Liverpool boss has impressed the pundit since his arrival on Merseyside.
Martin Keown believes Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp gets the best out of his players more than any other manager right now, according to his regular Q & A session for the Daily Mail.
Indeed, the pundit wishes he could have played under the German due to his passion & energy.
And Keown told the Mail: "I’ve always thought that the most important thing you can do as a coach is to make your players as good as they can possibly be - Klopp does this better than any manager at the moment. I watch him and think that I’d love to have played for this guy, such is his enthusiasm and energy.
"It will be fascinating to see what he does in the summer to set this team up for next season. Whatever his decisions, you can bet the owners will back him. They can see what he’s doing and they like what they are seeing."
Klopp has done such a good job developing his current squad that the Reds still have everything to play for this season. The top four is a long shot but it's still possible. A fifth-placed finish is certainly worth fighting for to secure a respectable finish to a mixed campaign.
And then there's the Europa League, of course.
But plenty of focus should go towards next season. What's the limit for Liverpool under a manager who has already reached the Champions League final and won a league title (as well as a domestic cup) in his career?
At this rate, the top four will be a minimum aim for the Reds next campaign. Supporters are very entitled to be excited...
