The winger has been in good form once again for Sivasspor this season.
Fanatik are reporting that Everton are keen on the 29-year-old – who has been impressing in the Turkish Super Lig with Sivasspor for some time now.
Chahechouhe is also being pursued by Galatasaray, so Everton might face competition for the player. The report also claims that he has an affordable release clause of just €3.5 million (£2.8 million), which would be something of a bargain for Everton if they did make a move.
Born in France, he failed to make the grade at the likes of Sedan and Nancy before making a name for himself in Bulgarian football with Chernomorets Burgas. He joined Sivasspor in 2014 and has gone on to score a hat-full of goals in Turkish football.
More recently he has dropped deeper into a more creative role with Sivasspor and has scored 11 goals in 36 games for his club this season, an impressive tally for a playmaker.
Everton need to add some firepower going forward and the Moroccan would be a shrewd signing if they did pick him up in the summer.
