Liverpool take on Everton in the Merseyside derby.

Liverpool take on Everton this evening hoping to widen the gap between the two teams in the Premier League table.

The match is Jurgen Klopp's first Merseyside Derby, but under pressure Everton boss Roberto Martinez needs the win a lot more.

Both teams have their eye on other competitions at present but will want to use this game as a stepping stone to success and get a confidence boost ahead of big semi final matches.

Liverpool take on La Liga side Villarreal in the Europa League semi-final next week, a reward for beating Borussia Dortmund in the last eight.
