West Ham fans react on Twitter to Emenike's performance against Leicester

West Ham United and Leicester City went head-to-head this weekend.

West Ham United drew 2-2 with Leicester City on Sunday in a controversial match at the King Power Stadium.

The Foxes were looking to stretch their lead at the top of the Premier League to 10 points, but when Jamie Vardy was sent off for a dive early in the second half it seemed his earlier goal may not be enough to see Leicester over the line.

So it proved as late strikes from Andy Carroll and Aaron Cresswell gave West Ham the lead. However, a contentious penalty decision in injury-time gave Leicester the chance to equalise – an opportunity Leonardo Ulloa did not pass up.

While West Ham had some impressive performers on the day, January addition Emmanuel Emenike flattered to deceive.

The 28-year-old has found the net twice in 12 appearances for the Hammers to date but despite his first 90-minute showing in the league he could not score a vital winner.

After the match we took to Twitter to see what West Ham fans thought of Emenike’s latest performance and you can read a selection of what we found below:
