Predicted Newcastle line-up to play Manchester City: No risks from Benitez

Here is how we predict Newcastle United and Manchester City will line up this week:

To be played on Tuesday 19th April 2016 at 18:45. Venue: St. James' Park, Newcastle

Odds: Newcastle 5/1, Draw 14/5, Man City 4/7

Newcastle United welcome Manchester City to St James’ Park on Tuesday evening as the Magpies continue their bid to climb out of the bottom three.

Rafa Benitez enjoyed his first win since taking charge of Newcastle when they overcame Swansea City 3-0 at the weekend, and given that Sunderland defeated Norwich City by the same score-line earlier in the day it now looks like being two from three to join Aston Villa in the Championship next season.

City ran out comfortable 3-0 winners against Chelsea at the weekend with Sergio Aguero netting a hat-trick and Newcastle will have to be at their best to keep the Argentine and his teammates at bay.

In early team news, Newcastle are without Tim Krul, Rob Elliot, Steven Taylor and Massadio Haidara while Daryl Janmaat may struggle to be fit in time.

As for City, their manager Manuel Pellegrini cannot call on Vincent Kompany, David Silva or Raheem Sterling while Gael Clichy and Samir Nasri are minor doubts.
