Steve Parish reacts on Twitter to Emmanuel Adebayor's performance v Arsenal

The Crystal Palace chief took to social media after the 1-1 draw with the Gunners.

Crystal Palace chief Steve Parish singled Emmanuel Adebayor and Yannick Bolasie out for praise on Twitter after the Eagles secured a 1-1 draw at Arsenal on Sunday afternoon.

The north London side took the lead against Palace but a late surge of momentum helped secure a draw for Alan Pardew's men.

Bolasie scored the all-important equaliser but Parish also found time to praise ex-Arsenal striker Adebayor for his role in the stalemate.

Adebayor will have been delighted to have left Arsenal with a positive result, while Bolasie certainly made an impact against the Gunners.

That was Bolasie's fifth Premier League goal of the season... the same number as Theo Walcott.

Crystal Palace have played things perfectly in terms of conserving their energy this term. A fabulous start to the campaign meant they could afford to quite literally disappear for months.

But a good few performances nearer to the conclusion of the season have more or less secured safety for Crystal Palace and, overall, given them a campaign to remember.
