The Frenchman has been linked with an exit from Villa this summer.
Aston Villa suffered relegation from the Premier League yesterday after a 1-0 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
A goal from Marcus Rashford proved the final nail in the coffin in what has been a dreadful season for Villa.
Now the attention must turn toward the recruitment of players for the new season, and to those who should be moved on.
It seems that one who could be on the move is Aly Cissokho.
The Frenchman has struggled for top form since becoming a Villa player in 2014 and started the season out on loan at Porto. He was recalled in December to cover at left-back after a season-ending injury to his countryman Jordan Amavi.
He has played 16 times for Villa this season and it would be no surprise to see his wages moved off the bill with Turkey seemingly a likely destination.
