According to Tutto Mercato Web, Napoli are leading Everton and Lazio in the race to sign Vitesse Arnhem winger Milot Rashica this summer.
Rashica, 19, came up through the ranks with Kosova Vushtrri in his native Albania, before his nine goals in 21 games handed him a big move to the Netherlands.
The diminutive winger has been one of the most impressive young players in Dutch football this season, starring for Vitesse with seven goals and three assists.
Now, Rashica has earned his first cap for Albania, and is in line to play for his country in their historic Euro 2016 campaign, where his stock could increase even more.
However, it seems that teams are attempting to tie up early deals for Rashica, before his value increases at Euro 2016 - and Everton are one such team.
Tutto Mercato Web report that the Toffees are battling with Serie A side Lazio for Rashica's signature, but Napoli actually lead the race to sign him having already contacted the player's representatives about a summer move.
That means a fierce battle for Rashica could be on the cards this summer, but Everton fans will wonder just how much they need another winger, given that Roberto Martinez already has the likes of Gerard Deulofeu, Oumar Niasse, Kevin Mirallas and Aaron Lennon at his disposal.
Do you think Everton need to sign Rashica?
