Liverpool fans react on Twitter to Emre Can injury

Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has been ruled out for the next four weeks.

Liverpool fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the news that Emre Can will be out of all action for at least four weeks.

The Germany international midfielder suffered the injury during the Europa League quarter-final second-leg tie against Borussia Dortmund on Thursday evening.

The 22-year-old, who can also play as a defender, limped off during the match after rupturing ankle ligaments.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has told BBC Sport that Can will take four to five weeks to recover from the injury.

The youngster is one of the better players in the current Liverpool squad and has established himself as an important figure in Klopp’s team.

Can has scored one goal and created 31 chances in 29 Premier League appearances for Liverpool so far this season.

The former Bayer Leverkusen youngster has a pass accuracy of 81% and a shot accuracy of 55%, and has won 41 headers, 37 dribbles and 66 tackles.
