The television presenter has responded to Newcastle's recent court case.
Gutierrez won his tribunal against Newcastle on Thursday afternoon, proceeding to send a string of messages on social media criticising the club's board and praising the fans.
And Keys has now taken to Twitter to condemn Charnley for how the Magpies treated their Argentine former player.
What a tawdry way to treat a 'person' - not a 'just' footballer - Gutierrez. Shame on you Lee Charnley. Really poor.— Richard Keys (@richardajkeys) April 15, 2016
Newcastle reacted to the court case with a statement saying they are 'dismayed' by the decision.
Next up for Rafael Benitez's team on the pitch, meanwhile, is a home game against Swansea City.
