The Sunderland squad were in good spirits during training on Thursday afternoon.
Maybe the players are calm because they know they can give themselves a big momentum boost this weekend, when they travel to Norwich City - the team four points ahead of them in the battle for Premier League survival.
That in itself does bring pressure, of course, with the knowledge that the Canaries could more or less seal Sunderland's fate in a negative way.
But that's not the impression you'd get watching the Sunderland players train on Thursday.
Indeed, the following photo was one of many where the players were fully relaxed and all smiles:
It sums up the mood on the training ground - something that goes against logic when you consider Sunderland's poor recent results.
But perhaps Sam Allardyce has simply told the squad to relax. Whatever will be will be.
After all, what's the point of going into the biggest game of your season stressed out and low on morale?
