Leicester need three wins from their last five matches to win the title, while West Ham are battling to keep their hopes of finishing in the top four alive, knowing one more loss could see them miss out.
Former Premier League midfielder Paul Merson has told SkySports that he believes Leicester will get the win, despite feeling unsure earlier in the week.
He cites West Ham's midweek loss to Manchester United in the FA Cup as reason for making up his mind, calling a 2-1 win for Leicester City.
Merson said: "United put in a very good display at Upton Park but for me, West Ham didn't do enough. They didn't get enough crosses into the box and there is no point playing Andy Carroll if you are not going to get the ball into the penalty area.
"If you'd have asked me for a prediction on Monday I'd have said I'm not sure, but now I can't see anything but a Leicester win."
A week ago Andy Carroll was highly effective for West Ham, netting a hat-trick against Arsenal in a pulsating 3-3 draw.
If the Hammers can get the service right then Leicester could be in for a tricky afternoon, but the Foxes will be determined to put more pressure on title chasers Tottenham, who play a day later away to Stoke City on Monday night.
