According to a report on TeamTalk, Everton and Watford are both tracking Lee Jae-Sung, who currently plays for Keonbuk Hyundai Motors.
Jae-Sung is a 23-year-old South Korean international, who is regarded as one of the finest players currently playing in Asia.
The midfielder has scored 11 times in 60 appearances for Keonbuk Hyundai Motors, and both Everton and Watford have been alerted to his talents.
There are also Bundesliga and Ligue 1 sides taking a look at Jae-Sung, but the Premier League duo are believed to be in pole position.
Everton and Watford have both had scouts stationed to watch Jae-Sung in action recently, and they have apparently been impressed by what they have seen.
The Toffees should have funds to spend in the summer transfer window, following the takeover of Farhad Moshiri, and Jae-Sung could be one of the new arrivals.
Watford also are keen to build on this campaign, with their Premier League status already secured for the 2016/17 season.
