The goalie has backed the club's defensive record after conceding a lot recently.
This weekend will see Rangers and Celtic go head-to-head in an Old Firm clash once again and the game should be a cracker considering both teams top their respective divisions and the fact the two teams have not played in so long.
Rangers will be hopeful of picking up an upset in the Scottish Cup semi-final but will need to be on top form defensively if they are to do so.
Despite keeping over 20 clean sheets this season and not conceding in their last two games Rangers have become quite leaky recently.
They conceded eight goals in the three previous games – conceding three against Queen of the South and Raith Rovers.
But Rangers goalkeeper Wes Foderingham is not to bothered about it. The Ibrox stopper pointed out when talking to Sky Sports HQ earlier today (13/04/16) that the club’s defensive record throughout the campaign had been one of the best in the UK:
“I think we have been very good defensively all season.
“The last four league games? Sometimes throughout a season you can get an anomaly of results.
“If you take the average throughout the whole season our defensive record is right up there with the best in Britain.
“So we’ve got no worries going into Sunday. We are coming into it off the back of two clean sheets as well so we are looking very good defensively and hopefully we can replicate that on Sunday.”
Foderingham is right to point out Rangers good record this season at the back but if they put in a performance similar to some of their recent defensive displays then there is no doubt that Celtic, with the quality they possess, will punish them with impunity at the weekend.
Rangers will hope for a third clean sheet on the bounce.
