Middlesbrough are hunting down the title after Tuesday's late win against Reading.
Middlesbrough moved top of the Championship with five games remaining thanks to Adam Forshaw's last-gasp winner against Reading on Tuesday night.
Boro were heavy favourites against Brian McDermott's side and took the lead through Emilio Nsue 10 minutes in.
But Simon Cox equalised after the break, and despite heavy pressure from the hosts, it looked as though it would not be their night.
Then, in the 94th-minute, Forshaw fired home the scruffiest of winners following a bout of pinball in the Reading penalty area.
The victory hoisted Boro two points above Burnley and perhaps more significantly, four points clear of third-placed Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Teesiders' late surge comes barely a month after the future of Aitor Karanka came into serious question, but the Boro's players appear more together than ever.
Midfielder Carlos de Pena, an unused substitute against the Royals, captured the mood perfectly with the following picture, accompanied by the caption: "Massive win!! Great game from everyone!! 5 more to go!! #TopOfTheLeague"
If the Boro players' feelings weren't clear enough at full-time, there was little doubt afterwards, with many of them taking to Twitter to express their delight...
